Decisions were announced on both our environmental referrals this week. The construction of the project was determined not to be a controlled action under the EPBC Act, and will also not require an EES, subject to certain conditions.

As we come to the end of the year, we wanted to let you know work on the Delburn Wind Farm is progressing well. Negotiations for construction contracts are advancing, and we expect them to be finalised soon.
