Your feedback, questions and comment are welcome.<\/p><p><strong>Monitoring<\/strong><\/p><p>The Facebook page is monitored during business hours of 9.00 am to 5.00 pm, Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). We aim to respond to general posts within 2 days. If posts relate to personal or complex issues, we will request to communicate offline with the person making the post. If you have an urgent enquiry, please call 1800 676 428.<\/p><p><strong>Social Media Etiquette<\/strong><\/p><p>To ensure our social media accounts are useful and engaging for residents and stakeholders, please respect the following guidelines:<\/p><p><strong>Do:<\/strong><\/p><ul><li>Give us your feedback, questions and comments<\/li><li>Stay on topic<\/li><li>Remember social media is a public forum and comments are searchable<\/li><li>Treat individuals and organisations with respect<\/li><li>Read relevant material before posting<\/li><li>Send a personal message to us if you have a query and do not want to share it in an online forum.<br \/><br \/><\/li><\/ul><p>By interacting with this page, you agree to not post any of the following:<\/p><ul><li>Comments that are obscene, hurtful, abusive, threatening or contain indecent language or images<\/li><li>Comments that are defamatory.
